John Rubin is the founder and current President and CEO of Above the Treeline, LLC. John founded in Above the Treeline in 2001 after spending 10 years as a strategy consultant for A.T. Kearney, Inc. He holds a Masters in Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an A.B. from Harvard College. He comes to the publishing world honestly—his mother has owned an independent bookstore in the Chicago area for over 30 years.
