Peter Costanzo began his online career by selling autographed books via the World Wide Web in 1996. In 1998 he was the Online Retail Marketing Manager for HarperCollins’ Online Sales department. In 2000 he worked at Random House as the Online Marketing Manager for the Audiobooks division and in 2001 became Director of Online Merchandising for Steve Brill's Contentville.com. From 2001 until 2004, Peter was a freelance online marketing consultant for the publishing industry servicing clients such as Walker & Co., FSG, Basic Books, and others. In 2004 he started as Director of Online Marketing for The Perseus Books Group and presently holds that position.
