Will Schwalbe is the founder and CEO of Cookstr.com, a recipe website that brings together recipes from the world's great chefs and cookbook authors. The site features recipes from hundreds of chefs, including Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Mario Batali, Lidia Bastianich, Julia Child, and Tony Bourdain, to name just a few. Cookstr was nominated for two Webby Awards and received a Webby honor. It has partnerships with Bravotv.com and The Daily Beast. Katie Workman is his partner in the site, and Cookstr's CMO and Editor in Chief.

Prior to founding Cookstr, Will was SVP and Editor in Chief of Hyperion and, before that, SVP and Editor in Chief of William Morrow. He is on the board of Yale University Press, the Asian American Writers Workshop, and the Kingsborough Community College Foundation. He is also the co-author with David Shipley of SEND: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do it Better, which was published by Knopf.
